Elements of Fitness
If we are stronger, the lifting we do everyday anyway, will be lighter, making our days easier.
Cardiovascular Strength/Endurance (Cardio)
After prolonged time the muscles work almost solely, by getting oxygen to the muscles from the air, in a breath.
If we can work hard, for longer, we get more done. This applies to having fun too.
When we can reach further without injuring ourselves, we can actually reach further, the easier the movements will be too.
Work, rest and play, if we can work faster and that’s more time to concentrate on the other two.
The time taken for the brain to respond to a stimulus. Sometimes not reacting fast enough, can have a negative reaction.
The combination of speed and strength, eg a lift, throw, jump, sprint, etc.
The efficiency of the brain when sending signals to two or more body parts at the same time.
The body is its shape and weight due to the ratio of Water, Bones, Muscle and Fat all underneath the skin.
The ability to perform different (large muscle group) movements in quick succession, successfully.
An alignment and/or muscular tension required for things to not topple.
